Indigenous food systems and nutrition are not only sustainable but they promote an active, healthy living.
A natural ecosystem nourishes the soil that we harvest in, it aids the environment, and our children with super foods such as some of my favorites:
Hemp
Mushrooms
Wild crafted Irish Sea Moss
Most Native foods were chosen because they contributed to health.

Traditional food contributes to the overall health and well-being.
There are many benefits to consuming traditional foods, including consuming less calories, eating more lean meat and fish, and feeling a deeper connection with your heritage.
The New Health C

The American health care system is unsustainable.
As a person who experiences anxiety symptoms, the lifestyle I was living was creating so much imbalance in my mental, physical, emotional, spiritual health. The healthcare system I was on was only giving me answers to what they thought my body and my life needed.
