 Western society has devalued Ancestral / Indigenous knowledge and viewed it as primitive since colonization started.


 Our ancestors passed along many self care and health care practices that are solutions to your daily health care concerns.

Beginning to decolonize your daily lifestyle can be as simple as taking more time to be in the  great outdoors to taking the time to practice a simple detoxing cleanse.


My current personal favorite detoxing and cleansing practices:

Indigenous food systems and nutrition are not only sustainable but they promote an active, healthy living.


A natural ecosystem nourishes the soil that we harvest in, it aids the environment, and our children with super foods such as some of my favorites:

Step 2: The Only Health Care You Need

The American health care system is unsustainable. 


As a person who experiences anxiety symptoms, the lifestyle I was living was creating so much imbalance in my mental, physical, emotional, spiritual health. The healthcare system I was on was only giving me answers to what they thought my body and my life needed. 


Information is NOT transformation.


If you're current lifestyle consists of

  • Consistent mood swings
  • Consistent stress
  • Consistent anxiety 
  • Consistent processed foods
  • Consistent sleep deprivation
  • Consistent trips to fast food restaurants
  • Consistent boxed / packaged foods
  • Consistent sitting


A lifestyle that consists of stress, sleep deprivation and poor nutrition is a life full of silent pain, suffering, sorrow, anxiety... Believe me, I know. 


By adding one healthy habit to your lifestyle at a time, you will experience what a consistent day of health care feels like. 


Because daily health care consists of becoming aware of your lifestyle habits and taking responsibility to do something about them.
